As we step into the new year, we’ve prepared something truly special to guide you through a powerful, transformative experience. On this sacred day, we invite you to embark on a Guided Breathwork for Somatic Trauma Release session, accompanied by a unique sound journey led by the renowned musician Hernan Livolsi.

Hernan, an experienced musician, will accompany the breathwork with his own original music and a variety of instruments, creating an immersive sound experience that complements the healing process. His music serves as a powerful tool to deepen your experience, providing a sonic landscape that guides you through the breathwork session, helping to unlock and release old patterns while bringing about a sense of emotional and physical renewal.

Guided breathwork is a deeply intentional practice where you’re gently led through specific breathing techniques to activate healing within the body. As you consciously alter your breath in a safe and supportive environment, you can access and release deeply stored emotions, blockages, and tension that may have been held in the body for years.

This practice helps to regulate the nervous system, release old trauma, and reset the body's stress responses, fostering a state of balance and resilience. Over time, it builds your capacity to navigate emotional and physical challenges with more ease and presence.

The effects of guided breathwork extend far beyond the session itself. Many participants report feeling a renewed sense of openness, joy, and freedom in both body and mind. You may find yourself more connected to your heart and your true self, able to face life’s challenges with a calm, grounded perspective.

Whether you’re seeking relief from past trauma, wanting to build resilience, or simply desiring to reconnect with yourself, this guided breathwork and sound journey offers a profound path to inner healing and transformation as you move into the new year.
